Web Design and AI Integration are quoted per project, not billed monthly like the other four.

Because a five-person office and a fifty-person office don't need the same mix of services. You pick what you need — RMM, networking, firewalls, backups, web design, AI integration, any combination — and pay for that, not a bundled package sized for someone else's business.
Yes — most clients start with one pillar and expand once they see how it runs. Nothing is bundled or contingent on signing up for all six.
Some services (networking hardware, firewall appliances) have a one-time deployment cost on top of the monthly rate — that's scoped and quoted up front, never a surprise on the first invoice.
Those four are quoted after a quick conversation about your setup — endpoint count, current infrastructure, and what needs covering. Web Design shows a starting price below since it's project-based; request a quote for the rest.
Anything outside the five core services is billed at a flat $100/hour, scoped and agreed on before we start.
